Conservation
Conservation
What is Conservation?
What do you Conserve?
Well you Conserve the Ocean,Plants and Animals
Whether you enjoy diving, surfing, or relaxing on the beach, always clean up after yourself. Explore and enjoy the ocean without interfering with wildlife or removing rocks and corals. Go even further by encouraging others to respect the marine environment or by participating in local beach cleanups. We need to also conserve plants and animals because imagine in five years time, there will not any animals or plants to be seen by kids or to be studied by marine biologist.
Why do you need to conserve? We need to conserve because if we don’t many sea creatures are endangered, So be responsible with your litter: recycle and dispose of trash properly, including fishing line,six-pack rings, metal cans and plastic bags. Because if they go into the sea. Sea animals can get tangled in the lines which can cause them not to feed properly and they will die or drown, we are not being responsible or taking care of the sea and sea creatures. Did you know that TIRITIRI MATANGI Island is a pest free island they have some of the birds like the Tui,Fantail,Silvereye,Grey Warbler,Bellbird and spotless Crake and so much more. The Department Of Conservation sets traps on these islands for stoats and rats as they walk around eat the young birds and their eggs.
What happens if we don’t conserve? If we don’t conserve we will putting the sea creatures in danger and if these animals go extinct we will never ever see them again. Wouldnt that be sad if some of the beautiful animals were not around to see and enjoy. So to reflect it is up to us to give people information so we can keep our country beautiful

Today I have been playing on a website that my maths teacher has set for my group. In this game you have to divide the eggs into the bowls and answer some questions like ⅔ of 12. I thought this game was really easy because I know all my fractions. Also if you would like to go on the website then click on the site below. http://www2.smarttutor.com/player/swf/STA_Fractional_PartSet_L4_V1_t1a.swf.
