WALT: Length

Today I finally finished my maths on studyladder. I found it hard because I didn’t know how to do length until Mr Beel helped me then it got easier. I need to learn more about converting meters to  centimeters and millimeters. I need more practice on estimate lengths. I completed all 8 units.

The horrible day at the mall

Walt: Write a narrative with focus on a powerful introduction

“I’m stuck in the elevator what do I do?” cried the old lady. She was on her way to the food court when the elevator rocked she fell over and hit her head on the control panel.

Earlier that day the old lady wanted to go to the mall so she headed to the mall. When she got there she went shopping , then she got hungry so she decided to go to the food court. She saw a elevator and she waited until it opened and when it did she went in it. When she walked in it she pushed the button to go to level 4, After she pressed the button the elevator rocked and she fell over and hit her head on the control panel. When she woke up she had no idea where she was then she looked up and said

“Where am I” Then she heard a voice

“ Hello,hello are you okay hello anyone there” The old lady was so shocked because she didn't know who was talking or where it was coming from

“Hello who is that and where are you” “ I’m in the office and I am sending some men to help you get out of the elevator.

In the next 25 minutes the men came and saved her.

Maths

Today Samuel taught me how to do square root and square numbers. It was easy for me because I knew my timetables so I learnt quick.
